Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Einstein Tambe founded Tambena and leads the group’s vision, strategy and growth.
As Chief Executive Officer, Einstein sets Tambena’s direction, oversees the portfolio and leads the group’s investment in new ventures. Einstein built Tambena from a technology services business into a group of companies spanning software consulting, hiring platforms and professional networking. That growth came from a conviction that technology should open doors for people and businesses alike.
Einstein works directly with the leaders of each Tambena company on strategy, product direction and partnerships, and remains closely involved in finding the group’s next opportunities.
Amanda Tambe
Chief Operating Officer
Amanda Tambe is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Tambena. She oversees operations across the Tambena group, making sure each company has the structure, processes and people to execute and scale.
As Chief Operating Officer, Amanda leads the operational side of the group: day-to-day execution, administration, finance operations, and people and culture. Amanda’s focus is building the systems that let each Tambena business run well independently while benefiting from the strength of the whole group.
Amanda partners closely with the CEO to turn Tambena’s strategy into results and to prepare the group’s operations for its next stage of growth.
