From one idea to a group of companies.
Tambena started with a simple belief: technology used well creates opportunity for businesses, for professionals and for the communities they serve. That belief still guides every company we build.
How it began
Built on service, grown through opportunity
Einstein & Amanda Tambe founded Tambena to help organizations turn ideas into working software, and to build a team of engineers and designers who could deliver that work at a high standard.
The early work was hands-on: custom applications, websites, databases and digital tools for clients who needed a dependable technology partner. That work became Tambena Consulting. It grew to serve hundreds of clients, supported by a team of more than 200 developers and specialists.
Along the way, we kept running into the same problems. Talented people struggled to find the right roles. Employers struggled to find the right people. Professionals lacked a good place to build meaningful connections. We didn’t stop at advising others on these problems. We started building products to solve them ourselves.
To support that growth, Tambena became the parent holding company for a family of businesses. Each has its own mission, and all share the same foundation.

How the group has grown
2015
Tambena is founded
Einstein & Amanda Tambe established Tambena as a technology company focused on software development, IT solutions and investment in new technology projects.
2016
Tambena Consulting takes shape
The services business becomes Tambena Consulting, a full-cycle software, web, cloud and AI development firm. Today it has more than 10 years of experience and has served 300+ clients.
2017
Yulys launches
Tambena launches Yulys, a job search platform that connects job seekers with in-house and remote opportunities from employers around the world.
2020
Peoplesnect enters beta
Peoplesnect, the group’s professional networking platform, begins its beta phase with early users.
Today
One holding company, a growing portfolio
Tambena operates as the parent company of the group. It provides leadership, capital and shared services, and is building the foundation for the next generation of Tambena businesses.
